When Larry Henry and I sat down for coffee in February of this year, I had no idea the birth of Voices of Detroit would occur. As a recruiter and born and bred Detroiter seeing those around me struggle during our most recent recession was starting to take its toll emotionally. More and more candidates were being referred to me from massive downsizing and the inability to find them a potential opportunity made me feel helpless. I needed an outlet and even though I didn’t know it at the time, Voices of Detroit has provided more happiness than I could have imagined.
The Sales Matrix is a sales consulting firm that has increased sales for every company that has adopted its methodologies. As the recruiting manager for The Sales Matrix, I am responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and recommending candidates to our clients. For almost a decade, The Sales Matrix has accomplished producing results by helping clients effectively design and execute the four key components of a proactive sales program:
David E Benjamin Consulting LLC is a fairly new venture originated due to an increase demand of my digital communication services. My focus is to help each client reach their desired objectives as it relates to branding, marketing, networking, and increased revenue. I take the time to understand their goals, time constraints, and budget before creating a tailor-made plan.
